Sealing your concrete should be a priority when it comes to new concrete or existing concrete. When it is exposed to the weather without a sealer it will eventually deteriorate over time.

Our crackfill is a great way to avoid a sunken pad in the future. This will prevent water from seeping in to cause issues under that slab.  It is a great way to keep the concrete you have a little longer.
